Always measure at home! When browsing in a showroom, you need to remember that you're looking at 10 foot ceilings in a room half an acre wide. Measure room dimensions, wall/ceiling height, window placement and other architectural elements. And don't forget to take into consideration the size of door openings and stairwells that new furniture will be carried through. Please bring your collected information when you start shopping.
