Pick Up Procedures
Pick Up Hours:
Mon- Friday: 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM
***If you have a large order, or if your merchandise needs to be sprayed for Fabric- Protection, please try to notify us 48 hours prior to your pick up so we can have the merchandise prepared.***
When you arrive to pick up, please come to the showroom to finalize all paperwork. Remember to bring your I.D. with you. We will then notify our warehouse staff to assist you.
If your merchandise needs to be tied down in any way, please bring the equipment necessary to do so. Our warehouse staff will load the merchandise into your vehicle, but they cannot tie it down for you.
Once you have loaded the merchandise for transport the products safe arrival becomes your full responsibility.
Please note, some items require some assembly.
Please inspect your merchandise prior to your departure from our warehouse.
